The founder and CEO of Naval Surfer is Jason Brown. He is a former United States Sailor, and a veteran of the armed forces. He has past experience extensively customer service, retention, sales, in internet sales, computer programming, and graphics background.

He wanted to create a company where customer satisfaction is key. Jason designed this website to be fun, interactive, and to give the customer what they want. Each item is stated clearly: the condition, price, shipping, and the picture of the item in its description on most item pages, instead of viewing a picture of just a stock item. Aside from having the computer programming aspect, he has been providing customers all over the world with hard to find treasures.
